As a Human Resources Assistant, we rely on you to:
Assist to handle full spectrum of HR functions as Business Partner including but not limited to staff engagement & communications, compensation & benefits and talent management
Maintain an accurate and updated employee database
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, report consolidation
Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
Degree in any disciplines
Proficient in MS Office and computer applications
Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to pick up trends and engaging in social media platform
Excellent command of spoken and written English, command of Putonghua is an advantage
Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
