Job Responsibilities:Responsible for handling merchants’ inquiries via hotline, WhatsApp and email
Resolve merchants’ problems and provide appropriate solutions professionally with the right tone and attitude
Willing to help in different areas and support all members of the team
Job Requirements:
Diploma graduate or above with 1-3 years relevant experience in customer services or sales support
Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoints
Excellent service manner, self-motivated, detailed-minded and willing to work under pressure
