Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues, manage phone calls and ensure prompt and courteous communication, maintain an organised front desk area and handle administrative tasks, Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
