Duties and Responsibilities
- To assist the Manager in all aspects of the office daily operations.
- General office administration and Basic accounting work.
- Handling office email, incoming calls and setting up sales appointment and policy review appointment for manager.
- Coordination between Agency office and MFA Operation Department.
- Prepare Monthly Sales Production report.
- Prepare monthly meeting slides and Simple Minutes.
- Updating of Sales appointment and Servicing Calls.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
- Basic accounting and book keeping
