Duties and Responsibilities

  • To assist the Manager in all aspects of the office daily operations.

  • General office administration and Basic accounting work.
  • Handling office email, incoming calls and setting up sales appointment and policy review appointment for manager.
  • Coordination between Agency office and MFA Operation Department.
  • Prepare Monthly Sales Production report.
  • Prepare monthly meeting slides and Simple Minutes.
  • Updating of Sales appointment and Servicing Calls.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
  • Basic accounting and book keeping
