About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales/ Revenue operations professional who is passionate about the opportunity to build and scale our Sales Operations function as we grow Uber for Business! This role will focus on owning the Sales/Revenue Performance and Analytics function which spans determining the right incentives for Go-to-market (GTM) teams, target setting, performance and forecast reporting. It will also use full funnel metrics and insights to increase revenue, sales productivity, and efficiency for both established and new sales and teams within Uber for Business.

What You’ll Do
- Be the key business partner to the go to market leadership team across sales, marketing and client success to set the right targets and critical metrics
- Own centralized target and quota setting for various GTM teams across Lead generation (Marketing and BDRs), Sales and Client Success, while partnering with regional Sales Operations and regional General Managers.
- Critically evaluate Sales incentive plans and iterate and improve as the business evolves, considering all factors like alignment with business needs, cost efficiency and return on investment
- Establish full funnel metrics and dashboards to generate data driven insights
- Own headcount planning, semi-annual quota planning and other planning cadences in partnership with finance to ensure achievement of revenue and key operating metrics
- Partner with various Regional General Managers and sales leaders to establish productivity benchmarks and driver metrics to beat efficiency goals
- Influence and enforce rules of engagement across selling teams, handle disputes and overcome challenges around territories and attainment crediting
- Drive the monthly and quarterly operating cadence to achieve key operational breakthroughs
- Identify key insights to accelerate growth and efficiency
- Manage an impactful team of analysts and managers, driving consistency, scalability and standard methodology sharing wherever possible
Basic Qualifications
- 8 years proven experience in a senior sales strategy + operations role with experience in management consulting, investment banking, or other fields
- 5 years of sales operations experience, particularly passionate about sales performance, forecasting and quota planning
- Excellent analytical skills and intuition for business. Passionate about framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and carrying out tactics and process improvements.
- Experience working with large sets of unstructured and synthesizing into business insights (e.g. using SQL, Excel, Google Suite)
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years proven experience in a senior sales strategy + operations role with experience in management consulting, investment banking, or other fields
- 5 years of sales operations experience, particularly focused on sales performance, forecasting and quota planning
- Prior experience with a fast-growth enterprise software company highly preferred
- Experience problem solving and passion to analyze, set priorities, and solve sophisticated problems effectively and consistently
- Experience with sales compensation models, sales forecasting using in house models and external vendors
- Experience developing and mentoring successful teams
- Effective, clear, and concise interpersonal skills, verbal and written. Experience relationship building with executives and cross-functional teams alike
- Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Ability to arrange priorities across organizations at all levels

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $180,000 per year - $200,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $180,000 per year - $200,000 per year.
