About this opportunity
We are now offering an opportunity to join us as Integration Engineer. Our team has the responsibility of Telecom Core and Cloud product pre-sales and delivery in Norway. Our delivery project activities are, for instance, to integrate new products into customer network, upgrade existing nodes, expand existing nodes, configure existing nodes, and solve issues. Your day-to-day activities will include Telecom node solution & node analysis, design & preparation, configuration, verification, troubleshooting, and customer communication.
What you will do:
- Understand customer needs and prepare technical solutions & design
- Implementation of 5G mobile technologies with focus on Packet Core domain
- Participate in customer projects to implement new systems and upgrade existing environments
- Perform systems administration and engineering; plan, install, configure, troubleshoot infrastructure, manage & maintain systems to ensure stable operations
- Manage core infrastructure systems and platforms
- Keep both customer and internal stakeholders up-to-date of the progress
You will bring:
- M.Sc. / B.Sc. degree in a relevant field
- Experience and highly skilled in telecom core network products IMS, UDM and/or PCRF
- Experience on Virtual/Openstack environments
- Knowledge on 5G Core, Containers & Kubernetes environment will be an advantage
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Agile methods and DevOps knowledge
- Customer focus and desire to understand the business, prior experience on customer-facing roles
- Fluent in English
