We are hiring for our offices in Piraeus a Corporate Communication Specialist. She/he will coordinate, maintain and support all activities regarding corporate communication and brand management of the company.

In more detail:

• Collaborates with the management and the external marketing & advertising agency in order to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on the target audience.
• Organizes the participation in awards, events and certifications.
• Oversees the production of existing collateral and the development of new promotional materials.
• Provides updated content for the website and the printed brochures.
• Writes & Produces the Press related content (success stories, press releases, newsletters, mail campaigns, editorials etc) and supports the other departments for the same purpose.
• Encourages and creates regular press release material highlighting new services. • Handles PR requests.
• Ensures the development of regular contact with the media and keep up to date contact lists. • Assists on planning, organizing and overseeing all photography sessions for the company.
• Forecasts and allocates the approved budget
• Maintains our Social Media channels with diverse content
• Elaborates internal communication campaigns with creativity, matching our corporate identity. • Content creation and content management with focus on the intranet
• Handles corporate and promotional presents
• Supports in the HR events and actions

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field
• Msc. in relevant fields will be considered a plus
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Outstanding written and communication skills in English
• Profound knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
• Graphic design skills is a plus
• Creative, innovative and detailed oriented
• Knowledge in social media strategy and best industry practices
