Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant, to work in our hub office in Porto.
This role is ideal for a junior administrator who would like to grow a career into a full office manager in the future.
The successful candidate will have experience in an office environment, particularly in record keeping compliance, along with excellent computer skills and will liaise with our main administrative office in Malta, and work together as an assistant to our Area Manager.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and filing.
- Ensure compliance with record keeping requirements and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with team members to support the efficient functioning of the department.
- Handle communication with clients and external parties, both in English and French.
- Utilize computer skills to effectively manage documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and record management software.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
