About you

We are looking for a candidate who can think laterally, problem solve with a “can do” attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent verbal and written communication skills that is conducive to fostering and maintaining positive relationships.

You will also be willing to work a flexible roster that can fall over weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. If you come from any sort of planning background, logistics / operations experience or have previous experience working in an aviation or clinical/ emergency services environment, that’s great and this may be the role for you!

As the first point of contact, you and your team will be responsible for effectively and efficiently coordinating domestic and international aeromedical missions for a range of clients and tasking CareFlight’s highly skilled crews whilst ensuring that a customer centric approach is applied across all client interactions.
