- Order processing and Production Sheet issuing. Ensure details in all order are clear and correct before proceed. - Handle for cash sales order. Ensure cash sales order must be followed procedure strictly. - Ensure all order was completed proceed and key in GPS system before cut off time. - Make good communication in order for delivery in between production, customer service & in branches. Ensure process of communication was effective to all. - Bulk order/ Blanket order updating (Agco GSI). Monthly compile and summary bulk order. Follow up with customer regarding status of Bulk order/Blanket order. - Forward Bulk order /Blanket Order status to Procurement Dept for material planning. - Responsible on goods delivery arrangement which produced by branches. Monitor the delivery as schedules by customer. - Attend to ME and customers' enquiries politely and promptly. - Ensure a user friendly filling system for marketing secretarial section that allows easy retrieval and returns following 5S principles - Consult Marketing on pricing. - Carry out Adhoc assignments by RO & CSO diligently on the agreed time frame.
ARI Utara Sdn Bhd was formed in 1993 and its principal activity is manufacturer of top qualities long length tiles, industrial roofing and wall cladding under the brand name of “AJIYA". ARI Utara began its manufacturing operations modestly in Sungai Petani and rapidly made in-roads into the building materials market with its innovative fabricated steel products. In 2007, ARI Utara underwent major expansion by increasing its production lines and building its own modern factory to house its manufacturing operations and head office. In 2010, a second factory was built to cater to the increasing demand for its products. The two factories have a combined build-up area of approximately 80,000 square feet. Due to increasing demand for our roofing materials, a few plants were set-up strategically located in Shah Alam (Central), Kota Bahru (East), Segamat and Senai (South) to better serve our customers throughout the country. ARI Utara expanded its mainstream activities with diversification into the manufacture of various steel products such as metal window and door frames, structural floor decking, hi-tensile galvanized purlins and architectural products which were developed by its Research and Development department.
