We now have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and dynamic person to join our team as a Digital Content Specialist. In this role you will be working within a squad dedicated to making it simple and easy for our customers to get help and support through our digital channels.
A typical day will include:
- Overall responsibility for the creation, management, and optimisation of content for customer self-service and chatbot capabilities.
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop and improve our chatbot.
- Designing and writing conversational content, to provide instructions, information and actions using clear, simple customer-friendly language.
- Using your expertise to define the overall personality of our chatbot.
- Produce reporting and provide analysis of activity and usage to create actionable insights and improve customer experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in particular conversational writing for an online environment.
- Content refinement and creation skills.
- Optimisation skills including the ability to analyse customer input, to provide insights and identify opportunities.
- Experience with writing conversational content for chatbots is an advantage.
- Strong organisation skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in communications, journalism, PR, advertising, digital marketing, media, publishing, or similar field would be an advantage.
- Experience with content management systems, online best practice, and customer-centric content production.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to manage relationships and influence as appropriate.
- Experience working in financial services is an advantage.
- Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent work experience.
